How Gabar Technologies handles information from this website.

When you use the contact form, we collect the fields you choose to submit: your name, email address, organization, inquiry type, and message. The organization field is optional. Please do not send passwords, payment details, health records, government identifiers, or other sensitive material through the form. If a project later needs confidential information, we will handle that under a separate agreement.
This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may process normal hosting and security logs, such as IP address, user agent, request time, URL requested, and information used to block abuse or keep the site available. We may also see aggregate Cloudflare statistics about traffic and performance. We do not use advertising trackers on this site, and we do not sell visitor data.
We use contact-form information to read your message, reply to you, decide whether the work is a fit, and keep a normal record of the conversation. We use hosting and security data to keep the website working, debug problems, reduce spam, and understand whether the site is reachable. We do not build marketing profiles from your message.
Contact form messages are sent by email through Resend to the Gabar owner inbox. Resend receives the information needed to deliver that message. Cloudflare hosts the site and may process technical data connected with the request. If we later use another provider for email, security, or site hosting, we will use it for the same practical purposes described here.
We keep inquiries the way a small company normally keeps business email: long enough to reply, track the conversation, evaluate possible work, and maintain ordinary business records. We do not promise a fixed deletion schedule for email archives. Security logs and platform logs are kept according to the retention settings of the providers involved and are not used for advertising.
You can email contact@gabar.io to ask what contact information we have from you, to correct it, or to request deletion. If we can reasonably delete it, we will. We may keep limited records if needed for security, accounting, legal obligations, dispute handling, or to avoid losing the history of an active business conversation.
This website links to Sagale and may link to other services. Those sites can have their own privacy practices. Sagale is operated by Gabar, but it is a separate product with its own account flow and product-specific policies. If you leave gabar.io, review the privacy terms on the site you are using.
We may update this page as the website, contact form, or providers change. When we make a meaningful change, we will update the date above. Questions about privacy, deletion, or how your inquiry was handled can be sent to contact@gabar.io.
