This website provides general information about Gabar Technologies, the kind of work we do, and the relationship between Gabar and Sagale. You may read it, share links to it, and contact us through the form. You may not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, send spam, probe for vulnerabilities, attempt unauthorized access, or use the contact form to send harmful or unlawful material.
The site content is informational. It may change, become outdated, or describe work that we do not accept in a particular situation. A contact-form submission, email exchange, meeting, proposal discussion, or estimate does not create a services agreement by itself. Project work starts only when both sides sign or otherwise accept a separate written agreement that describes scope, price, responsibilities, and timing.
The website is provided as is and as available. We try to keep the site clear and accurate, but we do not guarantee that it will always be available, error-free, secure, or current. We do not warrant that any example, description, or statement on this website will fit your organization, meet a legal requirement, or solve a specific problem.
Gabar owns or licenses the text, layout, logo, brand assets, and other material on this website unless a page says otherwise. You may not copy the site design, misrepresent yourself as Gabar, or use our marks in a way that suggests endorsement. You may quote short portions of the site for ordinary reference, commentary, or linking.
Sagale is a Gabar product, but the product experience lives at sagale.ai. Sagale accounts, subscriptions, generated media, uploads, product features, and product support may be covered by Sagale’s own terms and policies. If there is a conflict between this website page and Sagale’s product terms for a Sagale account or feature, the Sagale product terms control for that product use.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gabar Technologies will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website or inability to use it. Our total liability for website-related claims is limited to the amount you paid us to use this website, which is usually zero.
These terms are governed by the laws of Maryland, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Maryland will be the expected place for website-related disputes, unless applicable law requires a different forum. If a part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest should still apply as much as the law allows.
